Moorlands Cottage lies in, what visitors describe as, an idyllic spot in the village of Belstone on the very edge of Dartmoor.

The cottage, built and inhabited by the owners family for three generations, was a small Dartmoor farmhouse. It nestles in the valley between the granite crowned Belstone Tor and Cawsand Beacon. The River Taw borders the cottages ten acres of grounds which are available for holiday makers to explore and enjoy.

The cottage was carefully renovated in the early 1990s with double glazed windows, enlarged tiled bathroom and oak kitchen. To compliment the open fireplace in the Living Room, electric night storage heaters have been installed to keep it warm during the colder months. There is a small cobbled forecourt, ample parking and a garden overlooking the paddock that leads down to the river.
